I offer blog and copywriting services on health and wellness, yoga and meditation, mindset, sustainable living, and anything horticulture related.

I hold an MA in Religion and Philosophy of Asia from SOAS, University of London, and enjoy sharing what I know about both the history and current practices in the fields of yoga and meditation.

I used to work as a nurseryman in a greenhouse and am very passionate about anything to do with plants, from botany to plant medicine and everything in between.

I also relish the opportunity to write about things outside my usual domain.
